The Master of Arts in TESOL Adolescent and Adult Education track is for students with a bachelor’s degree of any major. This track opens the door to teach in Intensive English programs, community college English Language programs, or community-based ESL programs for adults and ministry-based settings in the United States. Outside of the U.S., this degree would open opportunities to travel and teach English at the middle and high school level, at after-school English language programs, and at international colleges.

I am better prepared to make decisions related to curriculum, teacher training, and professional development as a result of my studies. In addition, the knowledge I gained through coursework offered me experience that allows me to relate with what instructors in our IEP are experiencing in their classrooms. – Tina Wooldridge, MATESOL graduate
